How to have a smooth and soft skin… even in winter!
ENG: The cold weather and the wind during winter months put strain on your skin that, stressed out from weather conditions, often appears rougher, drier and peeling. However with appropriate measures it is possible to maintain a healthy and soft skin even during winter time.
Beauty routine for winter months: drinking, moisturizing, exfoliating.
With the cold you have to change attentions towards your skin, especially better care for hydration. To avoid unpleasant effects at the sight and to the touch, as dryness and cracking, skin must be properly nourished and hydrated, this means introducing the correct amount of liquids, drinking a lot of water and eating food where this is present in abundance.
ENG: The second tip for a good hydration of the skin is to use products that are appropriate for your type of skin, and of course good quality. It’s necessary to exfoliate the surface layer regularly: only removing dead cells the skin will be ready to save all the active substances contained in the products.
Another foresight is to regulate the temperature of the water: if too hot will deprive the skin of her protective oils, contributing to make her dry.
ENG: To combat the effects of cold on your skin is possible with the help of natural oils. These are a miracle for dry skins. They show their full potential if applied on clammy skin and rubbed until complete absorption. They help the skin being hydrated and elastic and for different needs there are different oils.
For example the Rose Mosqueta’s oil it’s the elixir of youth, nourishes and contributes to the cellular regeneration.
Avocado Oil is particularly appropriate for dry skins which struggle to absorb the nutrients: is full of lecithins that help the absorption from the skin.
If you also want to tone the skin the oil of sweet orange is perfect, even to smooth out the wrinkles.
More powerful is the hazelnut oil, with his nourishing and elastic properties, recommended for mature skins, after 40’s.
