‘Hotel Helka è un’ottima scelta se vi trovate a trascorrere qualche giorno ad Helsinki. La posizione centrale lo rende comodo e strategico per visitare la città, molto vicino anche alla fermata dell’autobus. Lo stile è minimal, essenziale ma curato nei dettagli, il design originale e divertente: le camere sono contenute ma ben organizzate e illuminate.

The Helka Hotel is for sure a great choice if you happen to spend a few days in Helsinki. The central position makes it quite convenient and strategic to visit the city, also very close to the bus stop.
The style is minimal, essential but every single detail is covered, the design is original and funny: the rooms are not too big but well organized and enlightened.
Funny fact the keys, in a cool club style 😛

Juuri è un ristorante molto accattivante, raccolto e romantico, anche grazie alle luci soffuse che decorano il locale. Propone cucina finlandese e prodotti locali rivisitati, cucinati con attenzione e in modo particolare, piatti dai sapori forti e dagli abbinamenti ricercati.  Bella e fantasiosa anche la presentazione, che permette di accompagnare l’esperienza “degustativa” anche con la vista.

Juuri is a very captivating, intimate and romantic restaurant, also thanks to the mood lighting decorating the ambient. They serve finnish food and local revisited products, cooked with care in a different way. Their dishes have strong flavours and refined matches. Even the plating is beautiful and fancy, to accompany the “tasting” experience even with the sight.

If you are looking for a real experience this is the perfect place for you: it’s about the restructuring of an old prison, now used as an Hotel, something which makes this place unique and fascinating, extremely original.  The layout of the rooms and their narrow entry (they are the ancient detention cells), the position of the windows (on the top), the perfectly preserved solitary confinement (also open) near to the restaurant etc… everything speaks about a real prison. Even the restaurant is suggestive and the food very good, cooked with taste and care.
